The French Quarter has one of the best bakeries on the island, Le Fruit à Pains. We happened in there one morning when the pain au chocolat had just come out of the oven and OMG! Not gonna lie, about had a pastrygasm right there in the store!! We always stop there for yummy sandwiches on their baguettes on our way to Orient Beach as well. Try the tuna salad, delish!!

Where exactly is this bakery? Staying in Oyster Bay and would love to stop and grab lunch on the way to Orient.

It’s on N7 in French Quarter. You cannot miss it, it fronts the road 🙂. Coming from OP it would be on your left. Just posted the close up and larger scale map. Hope that helps.

Aha, so this is why there are so many used license plates available for sale at the Marigot market and from other vendors! I have two that I’ve brought home as souvenirs.
